To this reprise of the popular AIA Connecticut program at Gaylord Hospital that allows designers to experience the challenges of disability first hand by assuming a temporary disability, we have added a segment on how the requirements of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988 intersect with disabilities. Peter Stratton, whose recent programs on ADA Requirements have received rave reviews from members, will talk about the accessible design and construction requirements of the Fair Housing Amendments Act of 1988.
